This Sterling Street bathroom renovation was designed to maximize functionality while creating a bright, modern space with timeless finishes. Every element was carefully selected to improve durability, enhance daily use, and deliver a clean aesthetic that will remain stylish for years to come.
The project included a complete bathroom transformation featuring custom tile work, a frameless glass shower enclosure, updated fixtures, a new vanity and lighting package, fresh paint, and detailed finishing throughout.

THE DETAILS
We updated every element of this bathroom to create a clean, functional and beautiful space.
A bath tub was removed and replaced with a custom glass shower with an A.D.A compliant low curb entry to allow ease of use for an aging in place customer with mobility issues.
The new toilet, also A.D.A compliant, is a 19 inch ‘comfort height’ with an elongated bowl and easy access side flush that can be operated with one hand. Safety assist bars were later added to the toilet and shower.
The new layout features a custom glass shower with sleek black trim and matte black fixtures that contrast perfectly with the crisp herringbone wall tile.
The black & white mosaic floor tile was the perfect choice to bring it all together, while provide some excellent contrast to the white herringbone in the shower..
A modern vanity, updated lighting and a fresh coat of paint in a soft coastal tone, brighten the room and give it a calm, spa-like feel.
A high volume ‘Whisper Quiet’ exhaust fan from Panasonic was added to help remove the moisture with near silent operation.
Every detail was carefully installed with quality craftsmanship and extra care.
